I followed this guide exactly and it went fine up until I maxed stats back up to 10 after being starving/sleep deprived etc, yet when I take all the chems the stats reduce on my my stats screen on the pip boy but when using the special book it doesn’t give the option to add anymore stats? Anyone else had this or know why it’s not working?

I tried to boot up the mods portion of the menu to disable them properly and the game crashed. Not only have they stolen the money I spent in the creation club on enclave items that are now free, but I can't even turn off broken mods to be able to play the game I paid for, with all the dlc I paid for. Why does Bethesda get to do this kind of stuff
